Tracey has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, she worked throughout the Gippsland region for Westpac bank for almost 20 years before deciding to go out on her own and establishing On Trac Mortgage Brokers.

The business has gone from strength to strength and is one of the most successful mortgage broking firms within her Aggregator, National Mortgage Brokers; the business is continually being rewarded for the hard work through the many industry awards they receive.

Tracey’s key strength is her knowledge and understanding of how to achieve the best results for her customers, now and into the future.

With 18 years of experience in the administrative and finance sectors, Kellie brings a strong understanding of financial operations and a genuine passion for helping people reach their homeownership goals. Since joining On Trac Finance Brokers in 2021, she has loved using her background in process management, client service, and financial systems to make the mortgage journey simple and stress-free for her clients.

She has always been passionate about both finance and real estate, and becoming a Mortgage Broker has allowed her to combine the two. Kellie feels there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone buy their first home, invest in property, or refinance to get a better deal.
