The founder of On Trac Finance Brokers, Tracey has over 40 years’ experience in banking and finance. She began her career in 1982, working throughout the Gippsland region for Westpac bank for almost 20 years. As the Mortgage Broking industry grew, Tracey established On Trac Mortgage Brokers in 2003, knowing this would allow her to help clients further by given them access to a greater number of lenders and products.

Being one of National Mortgage Broker’s earliest and most experienced Mortgage Brokers, Tracey’s strength is her incredible wealth of knowledge, allowing her to help thousands of clients over the years that has developed her name as being one of the most highly regarded Mortgage Brokers in the country.

Tracey has grown On Trac from strength to strength. To this day, On Trac Finance Brokers is one of the most successful and highly awarded Mortgage Broking firms within our Aggregator, National Mortgage Brokers.

With 18 years of experience in the administrative and finance sectors, Kellie brings a strong understanding of financial operations and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals. Since joining On Trac Finance Brokers in 2021, she has used her background in process management, client service, and financial systems to make the mortgage journey simple and stress-free for her clients.

Passionate about both finance and real estate, becoming a Mortgage Broker allowed Kellie to combine the two. She finds it especially rewarding helping clients buy their first home, invest in property, or refinance for a better deal. Her goal is to simplify the mortgage process, provide honest advice, and find loan solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Kristen has been the welcoming face of On Trac since joining our team in 2018, when she and her husband made the move to beautiful Gippsland. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, Kristen brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable and supported throughout their finance journey.

With more than 30 years of administration and secretarial experience, Kristen offers a wealth of knowledge and strong organisational skills that are invaluable to both our team and our clients. A significant part of her career was spent working within legal offices, giving her a strong understanding of the often complex processes and documentation that can accompany some of our clients’ financial journeys.

Whether assisting with day-to-day enquiries, or supporting clients through each stage of the process, Kristen plays an important role in helping make the On Trac experience positive, professional, and personal.
